Thinking about moving to Fort Myers Beach? Why not relocate in a place where you can golf on lush greens in January, fish in sun-sparkling waters in February, spend time with family and friends on 78-degree March days and still be part of a thriving and growing business community? A place with less congestion, less crime, lower taxes. For more information on the Fort Myers area and an option to get daily listings, sign up for our newsletter.

Located on Estero Island, often called the world's safest beach, Fort Myers beach has a wide shoreline that gently slopes in the Gulf of Mexico. There are no steep drop-offs making it an ideal spot for family vacations.

At the north end of the beach, a casual beach village with shops and restaurants is clustered along a tree-lined pedestrian walkway. The south end of Fort Myers Beach provides a wide selection of beach resorts in addition to Lovers Key State Park. In between, there are parks, recreation areas and marinas where you will find fishing and boating charters that include daytime sightseeing, sunset tours, evening dining and dancing as well as offshore gambling.

You'll also find every imaginable water sport available in Fort Myers Beach including Jet skiing, parasailing, wind surfing, sailing, water skiing, boat rentals  and more.

Restaurants include casual waterfront all the way to fine dining, what ever your mood. (seafood, steaks and burgers in Paradise).

We even have a pet friendly beach, located near Lover's key State Park. We call it "Doggie Beach".

However, activities aren't confined to just the Gulf side of the Estero Island. The Matanza's Pass Wilderness Preserve overlooking Estero Bay features more than 40 acres of live oak hammock and 4,000 feet of mangrove shoreline with an abundance of wildlife to enjoy from an elevated boardwalk. A tour of the local waters by boat or Kayak will reveal great sightings of dolphins, manatees, herons, egrets, pelicans and snowbirds!

Bowditch Point county park at the northern tip of the Island is scenery at its best.

Other attractions and things to do  in the area include: The Edison's Winter Estate, Everglades Day Safari, the Farmer's Market, Mound Key off the southern tip of Estero Island with boat access only, constructed with shells left by the Caloosa Indians over 1,000 years ago, Ostego Bay Marine science center (Educational exhibits, aquariums and gift shop).

If you feel like leaving the Island for a day, we are very close to Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Naples, Boca Grande and other great areas.

We hope you will enjoy your stay and decide to own a little piece of Paradise.
